An example of some recent contracts we have undertaken are shown below.  We work with local and public authorities, building contractors, architects and surveyors, commercial and industrial concerns.  We offer our clients a high level of expertise in surveying and estimating.  We can also act in a consultancy capacity where advice is required on technical specifications and design.

Royal Birkdale Golf Club, Southport

The original parapet walls surrounding these roofs were removed, new guttering installed and a specifically designed cut-to-falls insulation system laid to eliminate ponding.  A high performance white elastomeric felt system gives the final protection and finish.

Richmond Tavern, Liverpool

This public house was a new build project through Tysons.  A traditional clay tile was used incorporating feature tiles to form the unusual band effect.

Training Policy

Throughout its long history MAC Roofing & Contracting Ltd has been committed to training is own workforce to the highest standards of technical proficiency in built-up felt roofing, slating & tiling, single ply membranes, and sheeting & cladding.  This has been achieved through monitored in-house programmes, and we are currently working towards gaining C.S.C.S. accreditation for every employee. 

Now these programmes have been adapted to meet the National Vocational Standards (NVQ 2) for the roofing trades.
